The COVID period is affecting many companies. We, as well as everyone else, need to do something to better adapt to a new reality. We are happy to announce the first “side storyline” of Rebellious – Rumble Rebels.
Rumble Rebels
Rumble Rebels is an idea our studio has been working on for some time now. It is a mobile-only RPG with a spin. Don’t expect just a copy of all other RPGs. You create your own customized character, choose a blessing from your favorite gods and collect famous mythology heroes and creatures, and go on a mission to unite all mythologies and rebel against the force that extinguished them. And the spin… well join our streams to find out more…The game is really in its early stages although we already have a playable and plan to launch it by the end of the summer. World of Myths
Is it dead?
No.
Naturally, this is the expected first question. We’ve been working on WoM for 5 years now and we won’t give up on it so easily. With all the recent events in the world (COVID) and in the CCG world, it is getting harder and harder for us to get users on board and more importantly – keep the company going.
This is why we said that Rumble Rebels is a “side storyline” while “World of Myths” is still the main story. Some of you might not like the side story and skip it, some of you might prefer it, and hopefully, most of you will love both. World of Myths is still the project we want to continue but for the upcoming months it’s development will be slowed down a little bit.
We will still have tournaments and updates though. And we plan to involve you even more in the design process of the mythology rework, as we have doubts about some of the changes.
It is important to note that just part of the team is working on Rumble Rebels while the others are still working on World of Myths.
What is the next big feature?
We have developed friends & guilds features. Those are the first steps of the Faction Wars. Although we have many ideas of what Faction Wars should be, we are still not 100% sold on any of those and want to hear your thoughts and do this major feature in a way that we will all enjoy.
